Conference participant lodging in single room at Monte Verità or a nearby hotel:

Conference participant registering after January 21, 2005 and before March 31, 2005:
(no accommodation will be booked by the organizers after January 21)

Conference fee: CHF 380.-

Stipends and costs for students


We have 6 grants for students covering the conference registration fee.
Students will have to pay their accommodation and board. In case the recipients book the accommodation through us we will arrange for double occupancy in the hotel room.
The selection of recipients will be made on their submission of a proof of student status, a one page c.v. and a brief (500 word maximum) synopsis of their research.

For the recipients of stipends for students only

Submissions will be received until November 15, 2004.

Board: CHF 200.-

General notes

"Accommodation" includes breakfast.

"Board" includes morning and afternoon coffee/tea break, lunch, dinner, welcome drink.

Please register early. Ascona is a very popular place, especially in early May.

To find accommodation outside of the Centro Stefano Franscini could be very difficult!
Please note that the number of single rooms on Monte Verità is very limited.


Deadline for payment

Participants booking accommodation with us: Payment by January 21, 2005

Participants organizing their own accommodation: Payment by March 31, 2005.


Payment:

You can download the registration & payment form as PDF and send it back to the Conference Secretariat.
After November 15, 2004, you will receive an invoice containing all details (account number etc.) for the money transfer.
After we have received your payment we will send you an acknowledgement of payment including a confirmation of your participation.

Cancellation policy

You may obtain a refund of your total fee minus a 20% cancellation charge by submitting a written request (mail or fax only) on or before March 31, 2005 to:
